Trackidon

Trackidon, is an Integrated Mobile and Web application providing easier and effective communication between school admin, Teachers and Parents about everyday activities academic or non-academic happening inside the school campus. Parents shall access their ward information on their mobile effectively and quickly once it is created. Parents shall get alert as Push notification and email for any information posted at Trackidon portal. Following are the Main features of the application.

Communications :

Communications are further classified into following sub-features for Teachers / Administrators to communicate with or to notify Parents efficiently.

a. Assignment: Parents can view their children’s assigned homework's or class-works from anywhere, along with Date of Submission and any reference materials or documents attached in form of Image or PDF. Parents will also receive Notification via Mobile and Email for any new updates.
Time table: Parents can view the timetable of their wards either through mobile or web, once updated by the school admin or teachers.
b. Exams: Exam Schedules, Examination Notes or Reference Materials attached in form of Image or PDF and evaluated results published as reports can be viewed or downloaded to the Mobile for future reference.
Events: Information regarding upcoming Events, and also can download Invitations if required to the Mobile.
c. Notification: Any emergency or normal information or updates can be effectively notified to parents along with any required supporting documents.
Holidays: List of Scheduled School and Public Holidays in a Year can be viewed at mobile apps by the parents. School administrators have the access to create the holidays.
d. Fees Management: Parents are provided with the option to know their fee balance, due date and also they are provided with the option to pay online from their mobile or web application. They also can view / download payment receipts after a transaction.

Attachments:

Parents at any point, will be able to view / download attachments provided by Management, academic or non-academic, in the form of image, pdf or doc. Attachments downloaded will be stored in the Mobile Device, and can be accessed in the Mobile Storage locally.

Local Storage:

After first viewing / downloading of the attachment, anytime Parents want to view the same document or image through the Mobile App, instead of downloading again, the attachment downloaded previously will be retrieved for viewing, provided the attachment was not deleted. This allows the parents to access files without having to download again.
